ElectriCAL completes turnkey Smart Home system for CEDIA VP

ElectriCAL has recently completed a turnkey Smart Home installation for Wendy Griffiths, Vice President Global Development at CEDIA, a leading Control4 Smart Home Automation company.

We were asked to specify, install and set-up a wide range of home automation products centred around the market leading Control4 console including lighting, blinds, audio-visual, heating, security, network and access control across the entire property, which includes an outbuilding gym and large garden.

We are proud to have delivered the project on time, giving our client fully-centralised control of all internal and external lighting and electric blinds, integrated control of the Heatmiser underfloor heating system, visibility and control of the CCTV and alarm system as well as access control for the garage door.

From an audio-visual perspective we integrated multi-room audio and video distribution across the entire house, connecting Sky Q and gaming consoles for a seamless TV and sound experience.

The system is supported by a powerful Wifi network giving our client coverage across the entire property using five D-Link access points.
